According to my research this is a 75 year old 1949 (serial #384XXX) C.G Conn 44H trombone with a Conn 3 gold plated mouthpiece. It does not have a case. From my research I think it might have a bell that they call a "Vocabell".. The rimless bell has a few dings as expected for a 75 year old horn.(see pics) The bell has some nice engraving(see pics). There are what look like gold colored sparkles in the bell lacquer but they do not show up in when I try to take a picture of them. Pretty, but weird! Anyone know what they might be? The slide is smooth and the tuning slide adjusts properly. It plays fine. Please ask any questions you might have before bidding. Please look at all the pics and ask for more pics if needed before bidding. If you are the winning bidder specify FedEx Ground as your shipper as you will save some shipping costs..
