Beautiful!!!!!!Built by the Spartan aircraft company.  This bodysryle started in 1946. This one is a 1948 and its a great survivor. The body is pretty nice for over 70 years old. This body was taken off the frame and everything completely redone inside. The frame was painted, insulated and a new aluminum belly pan and new tarred avantek flooring and new wood floor covering. . We widened the original axle 8 inches and extended the tongue about 18 inches. All walls, roof, and floor was insulated with reflex and rockwool. Rewired everything with new wiring, plugs, and switched with a new breaker box. We also wired up some micro 12volt can lights. We replaced the whole trailer and added fresh, gray, and black tanks. All new inside walls and sheeting. Custom layout with original feel and look. Anber shellac on everything inside. We built a custom stainless shower and bathroom sink and countertop. We reused the original kitchen countertop and installed new stainless sink. Used a new retro microwave and matching toaster. The front cushions are not in these pictures but they are new and covered in a tan color. The lp stove is from the 50s and the fridge is a great working 1936 frigidaire.  The front table makes a big bed. The bedroom mattress is a new unused memory foam without the cover in some pics. Has a new on demand tankless water heater that we have not vented yet.. we have not vented the gray and black tanks yet.  We polished the outside of the trailer and added all new or reconditioned lights.  They all work. New front windows. It pulls great and weighs 4520lb dry weight. We installed a new mini split and it works great. Feel free to ask questions. Llcated in mt sterling ky.  Make offer early.
