1943 US ARMY designed wooden tugboat, one of only 2, built on McNeil island by the prisoners for military use during WW2.
Originally christened and registered with the Coast Guard as "T-89" during the war, renamed "Dutchman" upon private purchase and subsequently converted for mainly recreational and/or charter use.
