Unfortunately I don’t know a lot about trombones, so I’m not sure what all is included, or what key the trombone is. From researching Nova Los Angeles, I gathered these trombones were made during the 1940’s-1950’s. There is a Conn counterweight. It is in relatively good condition for the age, but there is definitely some wear and it could use a polish/clean. The slide operates nicely. It appears to be missing a mouthpiece.
