Machine manufactured January 3, 1938, in Elizabeth, NJ, according to Singer. Provenance of cabinet is unknown.

　　This has been in our family for many years, but for several decades has been used only for furniture. The machine itself has not been used for decades, so we cannot vouch for its condition. The cabinet shows some spots and evidence of earlier minor repairs, but is in overall good condition.

　　The attachments include: foot hemmer, binder, ruffler(?), seam guide (missing an adjustment screw), and tucker.
