1937 Conn 12B Professional Trumpet in Outstanding restored condition with artistic bell engraving, s/n 3211XX.  Comes with a new replacement double case and a rare gold-plated satin finish vintage Conn 1 mouthpiece play tested for super match. The horn has been relacquered by a prior owner.  The horn has a beautiful appearance, the horn has no evidence of machine buffing the engraving is pristine.  There are a few wear areas pictured (see underside of bell tail & second valve casing) they are not completely smooth.  Due to the relacquer technician credit, these areas were not buffed hard. Some epoxy relacquering it can affect the horn response and overall playability.  This horn was not impacted, it can play in any venue, provides precision attacks and beautiful tone with dense core that carries extremely well (Great Soloist Horn). The valves have smooth fast action with excellent compression.  Horn has a fixed 3rd slide finger ring, and great bottom spring valves. The horn will be carefully packaged to prevent any damage in shipment and shipped by the United Parcel Service Ground & fully insured and signature required at delivery. 4-5/8th inch solid heavy copper Bell with .438-inch bore.Valve compression is outstanding with smooth movement.Very Nice Soloist instrument that projects extremely well.Horn has been cleaned and lubricated and ready for use.
