　　1934 Gillette New Style Safety Razor W Blade, Thick Bar Handle. Beautifully cared for Vintage Gillette Razor. It is a 3 piece razor and has a Reissue number 17567 on the bottom blade plate. Gillette "NEW" style safety razors are beautiful works of art that make excellent shavers. This is an open comb Gillette safety razor, it is in great condition, it has no bent teeth and all the pieces fit together tightly to hold the blade in place. Some people call this razor a copper top. The handle is an Very Good Plus Condition with No cracking and a minimal amount of Ware. Also included is a collectible razor blade NOS (new old stock) unopened and never used.

　　New style barrels, I have only found this combination of neck and barrel in the Red & Black Sets. I have seen no fewer than seven various razors associated with the set. My theory is that the Set was marketed as a means of selling off leftover parts. The only truly new part was the flat shouldered neck which allowed it to be used with a number of different heads and still fit in the Red & Black case. The weight of this razor is 57g. The razor has been fully cleaned and sterilized, razor is shave ready, just insert your favorite blade and you're ready to go.
