　　Yup they need work!

　　I'm selling the oak desk and chair "as is" they both need some TLC and in the right hands they could be wonderful!

　　I have been packing these two pieces for 20 years and I now realize that I'm no longer going to be the person who brings them to life.

　　I am not in a position to deliver.
