This is a steal of a deal -- been parked inside and covered when not in use!!! It's only been used 2 months a year in 2010, 3 months in 2011 and 1 month in 2012. Retail in 2010 $22,000. The only thing it's missing is a generator! Awning, outside speakers, TV, Radio, microwave, stove, fridge, wetbath with lots of room -- heated basement, good for freezing temperatures -- specially insulated by lance!
