I have a set of 18' rims 3 have tire that is shot, and one is just rim, they have been plastic dipped black and I was going to change the color of them so i started taking some of the dip off the rim and lost interest in them.they still need to be peeled off, you can also buy goo gone or dip disolver that would take the dip off easy

　　nothing wrong with them just got a new set and dont have time to clean them up
