This is a 1999 Mercury 2 stroke, it has Electric starter and pull start it is also a long shaft with a SS prop and tiller Handel. This is a very clean and very dependable motor. Carbs. Have been cleaned, new water pump and new lower unit seals. This motor was just taken of a Duck boat and replaced with a 40 HORSEPOWER. this also comes with your choice of a six gal. Or three gal.
