The apartment is a single perfect for first time renters in the Los Angeles area or students. Just 15 min walk from Crypto Arena/Convention Center. Ideal location working in the DTLA area, or students in Loyola Law School, USC, Mount St. Mary, other. Currently there is a waiting list for a parking spot. The bachelor apartment does not have a full kitchen but comes with a 24" refrigerator and a burner top mini oven.

In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income (last 4 paystubs). Must have good credit. This is a friendly, calm community. Laundry room is located on bottom level. There is no elevator. Comes with mini frig and mini stove top oven.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

Application Fee: $40.00

Pet friendly but only small-medium size pets nothing over 25lbs. $300 pet deposit, $50 monthly pet fee.
