132 year old book * COLLIER'S CYCLOPEDIA of Social and Commercial Information. This book was printed in 1882. THat methods that perhaps your GreatGreatGreatGrandfather may have owned a copy. The book includes absolutely everything that an individual had to know to live at that time. In the Preface it reads: "A treasury of amusing and beneficial understanding on art, science, leisure activities, belles-lettres, and lots of other subjects of interest in the American home circle.".

　　As you can see by the 2nd photo the cover is still attached however it's attempting to come loose. The pages are all nicely tanned from the sun shining on them for all those 132 years.
