$425 for all 5. $85 for a single book. These books were part of the personal law library of Waldemar Van Cott (b. 1859, d. 1940) who was the son of a Mormon Pioneer and prominent LDS church leader (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Van_Cott). Waldemar was a prominent attorney in the early days of Salt Lake City, Utah. He and his law firm were involved in the probate of Brigham Young’s Estate in 1877-79. The oldest of the 5 books is from 1890-91, the next oldest is from 1894, two are from 1897, and the newest is from 1904.
