　　THE TOTAL PRICE FOR THIS UNIT IS $695.00 PLUS TAX. YOU WILL PAY A 10% INITIAL PAYMENT OF $69.50 AND PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE BALANCE ($615.50 plus tax) WHEN THE STRUCTURE IS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED.

　　After we receive the $69.50 down payment we will contact you and start the order application to get the information about the type, style and colors of the building that you want to order. We will then send the contract to you for your approval.

　　Our 12-gauge buildings come with a 20-year limited warranty that covers rust through of framing and roofing material assuming normal care and maintenance are performed. We can meet all local codes and provide you a certified snow load and wind load if desired. It is your responsibility to determine if this structure meets your local zoning and building codes. The standard carport is an uncertified structure. Sizes range from 12' wide to 30' wide, from 21' long to 50? long and leg length from 5' tall to 12' tall.

　　We offer three (3) roof styles:

　　? Vertical A-frame: The roof panels are installed vertically so that the corrugated ridges in the panel run from the ridge cap down to the eave side of the structure. This allows all water and debris to fall to the eve of the building.

　　? A-frame: The roof panels are installed horizontally so that the corrugated ridges in the panel run from front to back or end to end. The cost for this style is less than the vertical A-Frame since it does not have the extra support channels and ridge cap to support the vertical panels.

　　? Standard: The radius bend frame design has the panels installed horizontally. The corrugated ridges in the panels run from front to back or end to end. The standard style is the most economical unit.

　　The lot must be level prior to installation or the unit will be installed "as is" and all warranties will be void.

　　You can customize your carport by completely closing it in with walls, windows and doors to make it into a garage, or add wall panels where you want, or close in just the gable on each end. Choose any color combination from the color chart.
