Instead of using other forms of impersonal marketing like telemarketing or flyers, we prefer an old–school, bespoke approach. Because everything we do is face–to–face, our sales team are able to build long–lasting rapport and brand loyalty with customers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

1–2 years experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential

Experience working in a face–to–face setting with customers

Exhibit good problem–solving skills

Outstanding communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
