Instead of using other forms of impersonal marketing like telemarketing or flyers, we prefer an old-school, bespoke approach. Because everything we do is face-to-face, our sales team are able to build long-lasting rapport and brand loyalty with customers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

1-2 years experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential

Experience working in a face-to-face setting with customers

Exhibit good problem-solving skills

Outstanding communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
