Location: Wiltshire

Starting Basic Salary: GBP28,000

Hours: 40 Hour Week Monday - Friday (Flexible Hours)

Extras: 22 Days + Bank Holidays

Job Description:

As a Tyre Fitter, you will play a crucial role in our team by expertly fitting, repairing, and maintaining tires for a diverse range of vehicles. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and optimal performance of our customers' vehicles by delivering high-quality tire services.

Key Responsibilities for Tyre Fitter:

Perform tyre fittings, replacements, repairs, and rotations following established procedures and safety guidelines.Conduct inspections to identify tire wear, damage, or potential issues, and provide appropriate recommendations to customers.Maintain accurate records of tire services performed and inventory levels.Assist customers with tire-related inquiries, providing professional guidance and recommendations.Operate and maintain tire-fitting equipment ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Qualifications & Experience for Tyre Fitter:

Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar role within the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of different tire types, sizes, and fitting techniques.Proficient in using tire-fitting tools and equipment.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
