These garages may not be used for a commercial operation and may be used for storage purposes only.
Each individual garage is 2.8 metres (9 ft 1 in) wide and 5.21 metres long (17 ft 1 in) wide (externally, slightly less internally), giving 14.5 square metres of space (156 square feet).
The entrance is 2.44 m (8 ft) wide and 1.95 m (6 ft 3 in) high.
Each individual garage has its own exclusive parking space protected by a fold-down padlocked barrier Each space is 5.29 m long (17 ft 4in) by 3.25 m wide (10 ft 8 in).
The doors are of the up and over type, with enhanced security provided by four-point locking (two at the top and two at the bottom). As a safety precaution, there is a knob on the inside of the garage to allow the door to be locked and unlocked without a key.
The rental of each individual garage with its parking space is £160 per calendar month, but if the garages are rented as a pair, the total rental is £300 per calendar month.
If the garages are rented as a pair, a key is provided for the interconnecting door and the central fold-down barrier which are otherwise kept locked.
Terms:
Single garage: £160 per calendar month, payable monthly in advance by bank standing order.
Double garage: £300 per calendar month, payable monthly in advance by bank standing order.
Two month's rent payable as a deposit, to be returned when the rental period ends and the garage is handed back in good order.

A lease document will be provided for signature and witnessing.
Initial lease period one year, one month's notice on either side.
