Your new companyA technology company based in South-West London is looking for a permeant Trilingual Customer Service and RMA Specialist to join their team. This company has a strong set of company values and puts its customers and employees at the heart of what they do.Your new roleYou will be first level technical support and managing the customer service email database. All enquiries and complaints need to be logged and escalated to the relevant departments, and you will be handling live chat requests. You will provide support to customers who get in contact via social media platforms in a timely and efficient manner. You will create and maintain clear and detailed records in the CRM database and other work tools.What you'll need to succeedYou must be able to speak English and French and Italian. You will have previous customer service/contact centre experience within retail or hospitality of back of house customer service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and be able to work well within a team and independently.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive GBP26,500 per annum. You will work 38.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 8am-9pm with a 1 hour lunch break and Friday 8am-3pm with a 30 minute lunch). This is a hybrid role, working at least 3 days in the office per week, every Tuesday is worked in the office. Free tea/coffee and subsidised vending - subsidised lunches (50%), currently three times per week. Training and development provided.
