Your new companyAn excellent opportunity to work with a worldwide technology company based in Sunbury on a permanent contract as a trilingual Customer Service Specialist. The languages required for this role are English, French, and Italian. If you are looking to work within a corporate company that fuels the technology we use on a day-to-day basis, then this is a great opportunity for you. You will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and the rest at home, Monday to Friday, a 10-15% bonus each year, and many more benefits.Your new roleWithin your new role you will be responsible for all technical support queries and the management of the email database system, ensuring that a 24-hour response is achieved. You will also ensure any customers contacting the service through social media platforms are supported in a timely and efficient manner, whilst creating and maintaining a detailed record of all updates on their CRM database. You will also deal with stock control and refund requests, as well as some elements of order processing.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful within this role, you will have excellent customer service, and great communication in English, French, Italian, Spanish, or German for a minimum of 1 year within a customer service environment. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to co-ordinate and resolve customer queries within a timely and efficient manner. You should have a high level of written English as you will be responding to emails and chat enquiries in a highly professional manner.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be offered a generous salary of GBP26,500 per annum, with a 10-15% bonus each year paid every quater, with a hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 at home. Monday to Friday you will work 8AM-5PM with a 3PM finish each Friday PLUS a 24-day holiday PLUS all bank holidays.
