What's the role?

Based on site you will be responsible for utilising the internal fleet for the cost effective distribution of asphalt and other products across East Anglia.

This company want to limit their use of third party contractors and increase their profitability. Can you organise deliveries based on production, fleet availability and customer needs?

This is a role that needs you to adapt hour by hour. Problem with production? Vehicle broken down? Customer needs to rearrange a delivery? The ability to adapt plans quickly utilising data and insight will be a key requirement.

You'll need to be a real team member. Able to build relationships with colleagues in production and sales to make sure customers get their order on time.

Ideally you will already be proven in a similar role, with the people and organisational skills to become a key player in this large operation.
