Here at SRG Recruitment, we are pleased to be supporting our client with finding two Transport planners to fit in with their well established team.

This is a Monday to Friday position and remuneration is dependant on experience.

One role is for an experienced Container Transport Planner. The second role is for an experienced Transport Planner in heavy, wide loads.

The Role includes (but not limited to):

Working in a busy transport office Planning haulage requirements Planning drivers in the most time and cost effective way Dealing with drivers to ensure all deliveries are met smoothly and on time VBS bookings Quoting clients React to live customer issues, communicating professionally over email and the phone IT and administration duties

The Ideal Candidate:

Great communication skills Driven, with a keen focus on the details A team player, with the ability to think outside the box Organised with excellent time keeping & able to work well under pressure Experience in routing containers, HGV s and Drivers Experienced in handling wide loads/Hiabs and out of gauge loads
