Deliver engaging training packages to new and experienced colleagues in person, ensuring best practices and compliance.Provide Train the Trainer packages for Operational Coaches, Buddies & Mentors.Collaborate with the Training Support Team to ensure accurate Training Records are maintained.Review and recommend changes to existing training materials for continuous improvement.Assist in the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of bespoke learning packages.Promote DCO (Detainee Custody Officer) apprenticeships to support Our Client's apprenticeship strategy. Person Specification:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a people-facing training role.Minimum 1 year's experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Relevant industry accreditations and qualifications (Education and training qualification level 3 or equivalent)Demonstrated ability to adapt behaviours, communication styles, and approaches for differing groups.Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.Effective and clear written communication skills.Natural curiosity to develop and master personal skills and knowledge.
