THE LOCATION
Amersham (Parking will be provided) HYBRID / Hrs
Interested candidates must be able to bend to the needs of the businessHowever, after considering this there is flexibility within the role to work 1 or 2 days from home per week if required.This is a full time role, working 37.5hrs per week
THE ROLE
Training & Development Manager.
Heading up a small team of 3, you will be responsible for overseeing the Training & Development function for the organisationWorking in an extremely varied role, you will get involved in L & D strategies and generalist activities (must have experience in this area as well as other aspects of this role)Heavily involved in training initiatives relating to online platforms and quality standards.Overseeing and updating the Induction processOverseeing the online training portalOverseeing the design training delivery processReview and streamline all L & D processes and programmesPropose new training initiativesDesign new assessments and toolsWork closely with business leaders and managers to identify training needs throughout the organisation
MUST BE VERY TECHNICALLY MINDED and used to L & D TECHNOLOGY & ONLINE PLATFORMS as well as working with QUALITY STANDARDS
MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO AMERSHAM EASILY in your working from the office days (taking rush hour traffic into consideration)
