Location - Reading / Basingstoke area
Package - 34,400 - 45,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

What will you be required to do?
Work with a Centre of Excellence to improve the quality of training, using key data sets to establish compliance through risk based inspections.Support the creation of action plans to address shortfalls within the training, co-ordinate the activity required to improve compliance against standardsWorking with HR competency and Learning Management Systems (Office365, Saba) to ensure records are kept accordingly and reporting is of high quality to demonstrate the organisation is compliant against standards.To co-ordinate a programme risk based inspections and arrange sampling plans in line with the perceived risk of inadequate training, competence assessments and/or adherence to organisational change processesProvide resilience for other team members across other aspects of training, competence and capability requirements such as training validation, competence assessment and deputising for the Training Compliance Manager
Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:
CIPD or equivalent HR Qualification - preferredExperience of working within a Learning and Development settingAbility to engage with managers across the business to build solid relationships to enable high collaboration and performanceAbility to work efficiently within Microsoft Office applications and quick to learn in-house applications to ensure the effective management of dataThe ability to maintain a high standards of accuracy when working to tight deadlinesConsistently seeking improvements to find efficiencies by challenging the norm and having the courage to take risksSupporting others to achieve high performance recognising the need for team resilience and development

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
