About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Training Coordination Team, as a Training and Compliance Administrator at the office in Gresham Mill. The purpose of this role is to ensure the continued growth of the business through the provision and coordination of high-quality training. Furthermore, this role will play a key role in promoting the training courses available to external clients, securing strong course attendance.

Responsibilities:

Act as main support to the Training Coordination Lead for the provision of Rail Safety critical trainingSupport administration and coordination function for all training activityOrganise training programs to meet specific training needsTrack and report training outcomesHandle logistics for training activities including venues and equipmentProvide feedback to program participants and ManagementAssist with the attraction and integration of new external clients through extremely high levels of customer service and dedicationPromote group functionSupply snapshot reports of training delivered/declined to ManagementAssist with resolution of identified areas of concern with the Management teamPlanning and organising the training schedulePromote course availability through weekly mailshots to external client baseGeneral assistance with admin function where required

Essential Skills:

Extremely organised and efficientHighly dedicated to customer service and completion of tasksIntermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPointHigh level of communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to think creatively to ensure a solution is foundPrior knowledge and experience of the Rail Industry and/or Training Business

Experience:

Experience of managing diaries and arranging meetings/trainingsExperience of collating figures and producing statistics to be used by management for reportingExperience in liaising with team members from different divisions
