Training Administration Manager
This role requires an independent, organized, and relationship-building person. As Training Administration Manager, you will be the main point of contact for trainers and the Training Delivery Manager. You will oversee community training and contract management, handle participant communication, manage examinations, track learner progress, ensure timely payment processing, and ensure contract compliance with awarding bodies. Attention to detail, professionalism, and prison vetting are essential.

IT capability - e.g. a good level of competence in Excel, Outlook and Word, and other computer skills

Role Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the Training Hub and refer learners to Referral Coordinator and employment and support Coaches. Serve as the main point person for registering and enrolling learners on relevant databases during course durations. Source and order merchandise and obtain competitive quotes, process orders, delivery notes, and invoices; maintain a budget and stock control.Timely communication with training partners to ensure all data is accurately reflected in their systemsStrengthening partnerships with boroughs, branches, recruiters, and job centers with the Referral Coordinator.Offering pastoral support to participants who do not meet the criteria for the Employment Support CoachesManage a training calendar to maximise referrals and outcomesManage intern and volunteer schedules effectively.
