Our client is the largest privately-owned mortgage network in the UK. Their goal is to continue to be the best home for mortgage advisers, protection specialists, equity release experts and general insurance professionals, whatever their size or location.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand the training team. You will be a Financial Services professional who may have had some training experience or be a Mortgage and Protection adviser who is looking to step into a new direction.
The Role
As a Trainer you will:
Plan, manage and deliver training activity for network, online and face to face.Ensure that all staff, Appointed Representative firms and their advisers, are suitably skilled and knowledgeable to perform their tasks.To support co-ordination of all mandatory workshops that are required as part of the network’s rules for maintaining competency, including Consumer DutyWhere necessary, make recommendations to the Training Manager where training needs are identified;To support the Training Manager with the development of new training courses.Ensure all notifiable events are reported to the Compliance Director in a timely manner.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage sector is essential
Knowledge of the regulatory environment and systems of control
Experience of working under pressure, prioritising and working to tight deadlines
Comfortable demonstrating IT systems
Qualifications
CeMap desirable but must be willing to work towards it

Benefits:
This is a permanent role, based at the Leicester office, normal working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be available upon successful completion of your probation along with:
