Training Consultant/ L&D Professional / Care Home Trainer required for South West, Bristol, Frome, Bath, Cardiff, South Wales region - home-based

HR Careers Nationwide Recruitment Service is a Health & Social Care client, seeking an inspirational and motivational Learning and Development / People Development manager to cover the southwest region.

Responsibilities

To promote a culture of learning and continued professional development.

Working with stakeholders, training, and development peers to develop and deliver training plans and solutions.

Lead and deliver health and social care training, learning and development coach, advise, guide, and support managers by providing high-level people management and development support across designated areas.

Requirements:

The successful candidate needs to have a relevant Learning and Development Qualification

Ideally, you will have a health and social care, care home, a nursing home background working within a health & social care environment or similar.

You will have a proven track record of delivering presentations, liaising with the management team, and truly partnering the business with deciding what, how, why, and where training is needed for the managers and in turn their teams.

You will have experience in training delivery and be able to drive to various sites taking the training paraphernalia with you to each site.

Qualifications in training and health and social care or similar would be a bonus!
