Responsibilities:

Learn and develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including roles, and qualifications.Assist senior recruitment consultants with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various healthcare positions.Conduct candidate interviews, assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles, and provide detailed feedback to the team.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture. Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.Exceptional organizational and time–management abilities.A proactive and self–motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
