Off the back of a fantastic year, Penguin Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Mumbles, starting in January! The successful applicant will have the chance to earn uncapped commission - upwards of 25k in your first year, up to 35k in your second year and 40k+ in your third year.

This role would be well suited to fresh Graduates or individuals with past sales experience!

Requirements:

We're seeking candidates who are Degree educated, ambitious and keen to get started on your first role in the Recruitment industry!

No prior recruitment experience is required for this position but those with sales experience are preferred.

Daily duties:

Screening and profiling candidates.Calling a portfolio of clients to win business.Advert writing.Guiding candidates through interview processes.Supporting fee negotiations.Work towards hitting daily and weekly KPI's.Attend monthly incentives & have fun!Benefits:
