We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a very successful and expanding agency in West London. Working in lovely modern offices your role will include:
Consistently source candidatesIdentify and attract candidates using all methods, such as job boards, referrals, social media & word of mouthNegotiate pay ratesCarry out welcome calls with candidates Build ongoing positive relationships Monitor responses/applications received from candidatesPlace suitable candidates into roles to meet client requirementsCarrying out regular contact calls with candidates who are working to help build a positive working relationship Help coach and support candidates through the job finding process including preparing them for interviews and trial daysAlways showing positivity towards candidates and demonstrating our core values at all timesSource vacancies from clients by delivering successful marketing campaigns and by making sales calls to clientsShortlist and present suitably qualified and experienced applicants against defined job vacanciesOrganise interviews and trials for candidatesConduct client visits (face to face and via zoom) to ensure a high level of service and ensure growth of your deskManage and develop client relationships and build rapport Negotiate charge rates and fees with clientsSuccessfully place suitable candidatesEnsure client contact email addresses are constantly and proactively updatedUnderstand and meet KPI's. This includes vacancies taken, calls made to clients, face to face interviews carried out with candidates, welcome calls carried out, trials/interviews arrangedEnsure all necessary administration and aftercare services are concluded with candidates and clientsMeet and exceed personal and corporate financial goals Contribute to team meetings as appropriateMonitor active job placements and carry out regular calls to clients to meet client satisfaction Open communication with Manager and ask questions to understand duties and responsibilities You will be responsible for building your own knowledge on the education sector by carrying out research which includes online research, asking clients the right questions to build your knowledge, meetings with clients. This is all designed to help you become a high performing and well–rounded Recruitment Consultant Hours of work: 7am to 4.30pm, and 8am to 5.30pm on an alternating basis through the week. The hours are shorter during school holidays and will be 9am to 5pm. Hybrid working. 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
