The Reading office was opened in January 2023 by consultants Adam Hodgkiss and Rory Lipscombe, a massive opportunity for both consultants. Rory has been with us for just 2 and a half years and has already progressed up the career ladder in record time, opening an office within 2 years of being with the business, whilst being promoted 3 times along the way. He is now managing the EU Construction & Engineering sector placing specialists across Germany.

Due to an exceptional 2023 performance, Rory is looking to further expand his team as he looks to make a further impact in the German markets. Rory is looking for German speaking, ambitious, driven, hardworking individuals with a strong sense of business acumen. Our Reading office focuses on EU Construction & Engineering Recruitment. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Whether that be developing new business with target clients in your market, building your own digital presence through social media, LinkedIn, phone calls & meet-ups, to sourcing the best candidates the market has to offer. You will build long-term relationships with both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process for all parties, becoming the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline.
