Your Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll immerse yourself in a multifaceted approach to recruitment. Harness your sales and business development prowess to expand our client base, oversee recruitment services, and actively seek out new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include contract negotiation, account management, candidate sourcing and recruitment, networking, job advertising, and cultivating relationships with clients and candidates through various communication channels.
