We are looking for a motivated and hungry individual to join us as we embark on our next phase of growth.
The Position
Working within the construction sector, the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will source a regular stream of passive and active candidates for a range of market leading clients within the UK.

This would suit someone that has previous experience within a sales role, a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, or, that has a genuine interest in beginning a career in recruitment and can demonstrate enthusiasm and a can do attitude.

You will be issued with a structured and individually tailored business plan which will give you a focus on core construction markets/sectors, this will outline clear financial targets that we expect from you and salary and promotional trigger points in return for your success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles via a range of sources including Job Boards, our CRM System, Linkedin, Referrals etc Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email. Formatting Candidate CV s Being the first point of contact for all job advert enquiries. Establishing contacts to help build the client database. Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates. Respond to general consultancy enquiries. Arranging telephone, MS Teams and face-to-face interviews. General data admin and paperwork. Pick up leads and referrals as well as building a good rapport with those known to the business already. Salary
