About:As a Recruitment Consultant you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure our client provides the highest quality service offering in the market. You'll be measured against KPI's to ensure the business drive their performance and maintain their level of service to customers.
Duties:Network and communicate with candidates such as Crewing Planner and Project Managers for client projectsTo develop strong relationships with consultants by providing the highest level of serviceAdministration of client and consultant related documentation ensuring complianceVerify all candidates' certification required for working offshore is in dateEnsure candidates are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processesSearch and select the most suitably skilled consultants in order to create professional proposals to clientsTrack all offshore candidate movements into the company database along with all other communications as requiredEnsure maintenance of offshore candidate personal information accurately in the company databaseSearch and select the most suitably skilled consultants in order to create professional proposals to clients and make placementsNegotiate day rates and contractual terms with consultants ensuring immigration and contractual complianceBe available to carry out On–call duties on a regular rotated basisSupport the training and ongoing development of contracted candidatesAssist the Business Manager in building and developing new staff members
About you:Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and deliver maximum operational efficiency.Be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications.Possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team, and the ability to react to short notice changes to suit operational requirements.Be able to effectively manage own workload, and work within given timescales (both internal and external), ensuring client requirements are met.Be able to travel, worldwide and nationally to attend client, contractor meetings as well as exhibitions / shows.
