You will be working in a niche consultancy that specialises in modern, cutting-edge construction systems. Your role will be to source candidates for vacancies in this market, taking a pro-active approach to finding and selecting the best available people from around the UK.
You will be helping us to recruit for unique and interesting projects which utilise modern building systems such as engineered timber, volumetric modular and panelised building systems. No one day will be the same as you speak with a wide variety of people like designers, project managers, sales people, manufacturing managers and executive level candidates.

The Role:
Engage with candidates from our in-house data base of 100k+ peopleSearch external job boards and media channels for new candidatesSpeak with candidates to understand their motivations and suitability for vacanciesManage candidates through the interview processMaintain long term relationships with key candidatesMap out new markets to gain intelligence and informationEngage with people via telephone, email, text and video messaging Why work with us?
