Job Description:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Teaching Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top–quality teaching professionals in educational institutions. Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Utilise various recruitment channels to source and attract teaching professionals.Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for positions. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.Understand client needs and provide recruitment solutions that meet their requirements. Job Matching:

Analyse candidate profiles and match them with suitable teaching positions.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Market Research:

Stay informed about trends and changes in the education sector.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and candidates. Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions.Assist in the preparation of contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documentation. Qualifications and Skills:
