Your responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectationsSourcing and selecting correct candidates for each roleAdhering to Company ValuesManaging candidate administration including time sheets and right to work documentationUsing the Job boards to conduct CV searches and post job advertsUsing our tailored database to search for candidatesUsing social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in Trades & Labour. We are looking for a highly professional hard worker with experience in a previous recruitment consultant or resourcer role.
