Our client, a fabulous city centre Estate Agency brand with an excellent reputation, are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their branch in the Exeter area and can offer a friendly and welcoming team environment and training for the right person with OTE up to GBP27,000.

They are looking for a person who will undertake the following:

Negotiating offersPro–actively explore new business from all possible avenues.Registering applicants, encouraging valuations and add–on servicesAttending Valuations when the manager is unavailable (training can be given)Sales ProgressionDealing with web portal enquiriesCreating viewings / accompanying viewingsVendor, buyer updates / viewing feedbackReceiving offers and taking relevant information/negotiating letsCross selling all departmentsDevelop new business through existing and newly formed relationships.Assist in the Management of the office in the absence of the Branch ManagerMaintain and improve rapport with existing clients and drive up levels of service/fees. The ideal candidate will:

Ideally at least six months experience in estate agency but a trainee will be considered.Have a full understanding of the sales process, including the legal proceduresDevelop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the companyBe self–motivated, well–presented, articulate, able to communicate at all levels and a real team playerHave your own car The Company can offer training and the opportunity to progress for the right person.

Basic salary in the region of GBP21–24,000 and GBP24–27,000 OTE for the sale negotiator role plus mileage allowance, pension and more.Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pmpm and every third Saturday 9–1pm plus 25 days holidays plus bank holidays.
