We are currently recruiting a Trainee Onsite Account Co-ordinator.
Working as part of a fast-paced onsite team, you will be required to fulfil recruitment requirements in line with client deadlines, including the recruitment and selection of workers.
You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential, as full training will be given.
The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and have strong problem-solving skills are essential to this role.
You must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both the client and our workers.
Duties will include:
Sourcing candidates
Qualifying candidates over the phone
Booking and conducting group interviews
Completing onsite Induction for new starters
Complete on-boarding compliance and keeping all records up to date
Dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently
