SALARY GBP17,000 BASIC DOE OTE GBP22/23,000

The right candidate will be professional, personable, energetic and fun with a positive attitude, will consider candidates with or without lettings experience. Duties:

Telephoning customers with new properties that have come availableEnjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuationsShowing people around properties in the local areaMeeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phoneMatching customer needs for renting of propertiesCanvassing/door-knockingGeneral assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input Requirements:

You must have a full, clean UK licence & own carMinimum 6 months sales or customer service experienceExcellent communication skillsYou will be articulateYou will have good interpersonal and people skillsYou will be well-presented and professional in appearanceYou will be proactive and willing to go the extra mileYou will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environmentAble to work a 5 days week including a Saturday Fantastic opportunity if you love the industry and want to work for a forward-thinking company who will reward you for your hard-work and good performance.
