Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Excellent ProgressionGreat Company Lovely working environment Our client, one of the most established letting agents in the area, is now looking to develop their existing team with the addition of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. This is an interesting and varied role which would ideally suit someone some Retail experience maybe within a top high street brand who has developed some Customer Service Skills and now wants to expand into Property and Lettings.

18,000/ 20,000 basic

OTE first year may be a high as 25-30,000!

The role will include (training will be given):

Registering and matching applicants to propertiesAssisting with branch managementBooking and conducting ValuationsBooking and conducting viewingsAssist management with creating a clear and defined lettings process.

The right candidate will:

Live within a reasonable distance of the officeHave some Customer Service Experience, ideally from Top RetailerBe keen to learnBe well presentedHave a Full Driving Licence
