A trainee insurance surveyor is required to join a well established building contractor who specialise in insurance works. They have been established for 45 years and are looking to expand their surveyor department.

THE JOB:

Your key responsibilities after training include:

- Covering the south of England you will be visiting site (domestic properties) to look at insured damage.

- Provide a detailed schedule & report on what works are required following escape of water / fire / subsidence etc.

- Working closely with engineers, surveyors, and insurance networks.

- Variations and policy holder enquirers that may arise.

- Building knowledge required at a trainee level & computer skills.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- An interest / experience in the building industry, who would like to further their knowledge and career.

- Driving license and car is essential due to rural location.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.
