The Role
Are you an excellent verbal and written communicator with a keen eye for detail, looking to take on a new challenge? If so, GHPC Group Ltd is looking for someone like you to join our team as a Trainee Health & Safety Advisor.
This entry–level position is a unique opportunity to start your career in the construction consultancy sector. You will be supporting our CDM/H&S Advisory Team, primarily in preparing and coordinating Health & Safety documents. Your role will also involve site visits, liaising with clients and project teams, and assisting the Principal Designer Team with various duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and coordination of electronic Health & Safety documents.Conducting site visits for data collection and risk identification.Assisting with additional duties as required by the Principal Designer Team.Identifying information gaps and coordinating with relevant parties.Managing corporate documents and communication with clients.Promoting the company's services and general administrative tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word.Ability to quickly learn and understand the construction industry and Health & Safety roles.Self–motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Organised, able to multitask, and maintain a professional appearance.Right to work in the UK and a full, clean UK Driving Licence (preferred).
