As part of our ongoing expansion, Enterprise has an exciting opportunity for Trainee Fleet Coordinators to join our team Nationwide - This will be a hybrid role. This will be mainly homeworking with occasional office work as required for the needs of the business. This will be the nearest Flex-E-Rent office or rental depot to your location.

42 hours per week Monday to Friday - shifts will consist of 07:30am - 16:30pm and 8:30am - 17:30pm. These alternate each week.You will be required to work one Saturday in four working between 08:00am -12:00 noon - 1 long day per week to make up hours for missing a 2nd Saturday shift per month (7:30-5:30pm) once a week any day of their choosing.Lunch break one hour Training and Development
This role offers fantastic progression opportunities via our in-house training and development program. We encourage all our employees to be the best they can be and we reward this commitment with GBP500 bonuses on completion of each training stage, there are four stages in your initial training. The training program will be around 18 -20 months. As you complete each task on the training roadmap you will mark your completion and your understanding and competence in that area will be accredited by one of the team. The role will involve learning how to assist customers with vehicle maintenance queries over the phone.Work alongside our current team of Fleet Coordinators you will learn how to schedule, plan, monitor and pro-actively control all routine and/or reactive maintenance.The training will also cover managing and pro-actively controlling unscheduled maintenance, including roadside breakdowns and to ensure a high standard of customer service.We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who enjoys problem solving and working with customers and colleagues alike to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be able to demonstrate a keen work ethic and be looking to work in a fast paced environment. Qualifications
