Are you an aspiring Financial Adviser who has a background in the Financial Services Industry and would like to develop as part of a flourishing and exciting firm?

You will be able to shadow an existing adviser and attend client meetings alongside them, until your confidence grows, and your capability is such that you are able to advise clients alone. This could be a home–working/hybrid role or could be an office–based role, and as your training develops, you will be given access to leads from various sources, contacting clients to make appointments and managing your own diary.

You will ideally be based within reasonable commuting distance of Lincoln for team meetings.

What you'll be getting involved in:

Shadowing another Adviser in meetings to build up knowledge and producing research and reports as appropriateCarrying out administrative tasks to support the Adviser as part of you initial learning and training journeyDiscussing client protection needs and establishing product suitabilityContacting existing clients to book appointments and working to carry out reviews relating to pensions and investmentsUndertaking thorough fact–finds with clientsLiaising effectively with the administrative team to ensure all paperwork is completed and records are up to date Delivering an excellent level of service on all financial advice, and working with clients to achieve excellent customer outcomesAscertaining the future financial planning needs of clientsPartaking in ongoing training and CPDObtaining client referrals and growing the client base to enable future developmentWorking to generate new business and maximising on lead generation opportunitiesMeeting all regulatory requirements and working in line with FCA and industry standards The ideal candidate:

Will be qualified, or close to being qualified, in Diploma Level 4 in Financial AdviceWill be a driven and sales focused individual with a talent for business developmentWill be passionate about establishing a long–term career in Financial Advice and Financial PlanningWill be confident talking to customers about their insurance needs and have a desire to offer quality Protection AdviceWill have a positive, driven, and most importantly, customer–centric approach to Financial Advice This is a role that rarely arises in the industry, for a small but exceptional firm who have an outstanding reputation and can provide leads and enable your advancement from Trainee Financial Adviser to an accomplished and highly regarded industry expert.
