You could be someone experienced in this area or perhaps you are looking to take on a new career, I would like to speak to you.

You will need to be:

• Enthusiastic, driven and committed- they will provide exemplary training but you need the drive to take it on.

• A passion for farming, with an understanding of current issues in the sector.

• A head for figures and detail.

• A relevant degree at BSc and above and/or prior experience in compliance.

In return, you will receive an attractive salary package to include future bonus which is uncapped.
