Altum Consulting are pleased to be supporting an international retailer to recruit a Trade Planning Manager. This role is for 5 months to support the business through a period of transition, with possibilities of converting to permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Have an existing understanding of a what a Trade Plan is and how it supports the delivery of trade strategy, specifically within food.Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned and mutually supported to enable successful trade plan delivery. Maintain tight KPI governance of the trade plan and its delivery time/schedules. Continuously liaise closely with the Food Group across key KPI's, understanding the successful delivery of the trade plan is mutually responsible across both groupsDeliver accurate reporting on milestones & KPI's to the Senior Trade Planning ManagerBeing able to deputise when called upon, representing and leading sessions with stakeholders across the Food GroupEnsure all documents are fully accurate and up to date; E.G. Nomination sheets and Master Trade PlanOverall Program Management - ensuring all propositions are planned in full adherence with critical path and subsequent analysis. Delivery of thorough analysis through PIRPresentation skills; Power Point and experience in Q&A across technical and critical delivery queries of the Trade Plan. Key Requirements:
